Home Staging is the ability to use unique elements to demonstrate dramatic scenery that will appeal to all five senses.  Home Staging creates illusions that enhance properties significance.  It takes a blank canvas & transforms it into an opulent portrait.

Home staging focuses on 2 main objectives:

1. Emphasizing the best features of the property.  Improving certain aspects of the property to deflect the buyer’s attention away from the less attractive features of the property.
2. Strategically making a property attractive to the majority of potential buyers. This involves removing the client’s identity and giving the home a more general appeal.

This maximizes the value of the home’s characteristics and attributes and minimizes the impact of the homes shortcomings and weaknesses.  Buyers are to much in “awe” to notice or care about flaws and imperfections.  It allows the Home to appeal to the Buyer on an emotional level.  It tells the Buyer that the home will provide the quality of life they are seeking.
